Shop Policies

We embrace the wild here at Wild Cactus, but not when it comes to your shopping experience.  Below are our Terms & Conditions to help you better understand how to get the most out of shopping with us and your new Wild Cactus product(s).

  • Processing Time: 

     All items are handcrafted and ready for shipment. That means-if we list it, it's on its way to  you quick. Please allow 2-3 days processing for your in-stock order. Custom orders are 5-7 days.

  • Shipping: 

     We understand that shipping can substantially increase the cost of handmade items, particularly smaller items. Wild Cactus ships USPS with real time shipping rates accessible at check-out. This provides the most cost-effective and reliable method of delivery. Tracking is provided if selected for self-monitoring of delivery status.

     Wild Cactus will be diligent in ensuring your package is shipped and delivered based on the information provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for non-deliverable packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout. So double check and check again for good measure!

  • Return and Refund Policy: 

     Our goal is for you to be happy with your Wild Cactus purchase. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Exceptions are custom orders, which are non-refundable. Please message within 2 days of delivery and we will assist you with your return. Important: All items must be returned in original packaging with no damage. 

While we would hope for this never to be the case, damaged or defective goods are eligible for refund. For packages that do not arrive, unfortunately we are only able to refund if you have shipped using a method with tracking. 

  • Customer Service: 

     You being happy is a priority at Wild Cactus. We strive to make every transaction great--5 stars great! Your reviews are appreciated and go along way in helping small businesses like my own build customer trust in the marketplace.

I'll say it again, you being happy is a priority. No if, ands, or buts. Okay, there is a but :) But...your happiness is much easier to guarantee when we both communicate timely, clearly and respectfully. Help me help you by reaching out at the first sign of trouble. This big ol' internet can be a bit impersonal, but I assure you that I'm a real gal out here in New Mexico who cares that you're a customer and wants you to stay one.

  • Care Instructions and Product Disclaimers: 

     As with all handmade items, there may be care instructions or disclaimers that you should be aware of to increase the life of your purchase or avoid when using (i.e., small parts and small children-no bueno!). Each product description will provide these details and/or be included in your package.
